Founded by Elton Tony Shyti, Tony's Pita Group unites several food-related brands under one mission – to deliver authentic Greek quality and hospitality to the UK and beyond.
The journey began in 2018, with the first TONYSPITA® restaurant in Swiss Cottage, London, introducing Greek street food to the British public.
Expansion continued with new locations in Palmers Green (2021) and Ealing Broadway (2022).
In 2023, the group founded Greek Bazaar and Greek Wholesale, expanding into import, distribution, and online retail of premium Greek products.
By 2025, TONYSPITA® became a registered trademark in the UK, Europe, and UAE, paving the way for international franchise development.
